while gymcel is mostly cope, it is possible to improve your facial aesthetics by losing bodyfat. I have improved my face dramatically by losing 100 lb. Bone structure still matters a lot obviously, and some faces won't be saved by any amount of time in gym, but the vast majority can be helped by gym.
