[Suggestion]Name Changing thread

I suggest we have a thread for name changing, so everyone who think about changing their name in the forums, they don't need to create a new thread. Unless there is an option and I didn't find it, in that case, I'm a brainlet.

Also, to start the thread properly, I want to remove the "anon_899" and replace with "Officer K".
