It was hard leaving facebook during #metoo but once I got out of the (bad bad)habit of visiting there, i dont give it a second thought.. reddit will no longer be getting any ad revenue from me.

leaving facebook has lessened my depression and was all around a really good idea, i'm sure the exodus from reddit will further my mental health the same.

ya i had about 30 "friends" that i used it to keep in contact with and to save my old pictures. some were spewing awful rhetoric about #howwecanchange and that was it, i didnt want to even associate with them anymore.. rather not have any friends at all and cut contact.
