Autism is a killer. I know from first hand experience, I have tried hard to NT max and whilst I can have a NT conversation and make male friends, talking to girls is still an issue due to body language becoming more imperative with them. I still can not control my eye contact issue.

Same here. I try to improve, but it is still just acting, it will never be as realistic as NT, always fake which means mistakes. Eye contact is the worst issue, I feel like a literal retard thanks to it.
